With over 25 years of experience, Nicola has helped innovative software companies build high-performing teams aligned with their mission to create a positive societal/ environmental impact.
As the Preferred Recruitment Partner for the Australian Computer Society and a Mentor at River City Labs, Nicola actively supports the growth of tech startups. She is also the founder of Nicola Steel Career Coaching, where she helps tech professionals, particularly women in technology, unlock their career potential through tailored coaching.
