We meet all clients to fully understand the company culture and team dynamic and to take a detailed job brief of skills, competencies and experience.
We don’t just pop an ad on Seek and hope for the best! Advertising is part of the process alongside database search, networking, headhunting and social media. We are consistently building talent pools of high calibre candidates.
We telephone screen and then meet candidates face to face to establish that they have the right skills and cultural fit for the role. Technical and psychometric tests can be arranged as required.
We gain a thorough understanding of the client’s interview process and fully brief candidates prior to interview. We take detailed feedback from both clients and candidates.
We negotiate the salary/ rate offered to everyone’s satisfaction, confirm start date, ensure paperwork is signed and support candidates through the resignation process.
We check-in regularly with both clients and candidates to ensure that they are progressing well.
