Nicola Steel is the Founder of JJP Talent Solutions. She has over 22 years IT recruitment experience in both Australia and the UK. She founded her first recruitment business in the UK in 2006 before moving to Australia in 2012. Nicola spent several years in the corporate agency world and was disillusioned by the lack of focus these recruitment companies had on values, people and having a positive impact on the world. This was her driving force behind founding JJP Talent Solutions.
