Nicola Steel is the Founding Director of JJP Talent Solutions, a recruitment company which specialises in sourcing AI talent for purpose-led startups and scaleups. With over 25 years of experience, Nicola has helped innovative software companies build high-performing teams aligned with their mission to create a positive societal/ environmental impact.

As the Preferred Recruitment Partner for the Australian Computer Society and a Mentor at River City Labs, Nicola actively supports the growth of tech startups. She is also the founder of Nicola Steel Career Coaching, where she helps tech professionals, particularly women in technology, unlock their career potential through tailored coaching.

Nicola combines her recruitment expertise with a passion for empowering professionals, ensuring both teams and careers thrive in purpose-driven environments.
